On August 21, 2025, the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce commemorated its 20th Anniversary + Emerging Leaders Gala,  a celebration that transcended the traditional Chamber experience and redefined what it means to merge business, culture, and community. Hosted at Trinity Hall in Charleston, the event drew a sophisticated mix of CEOs, entrepreneurs, public officials, and rising young professionals for a night that was both elegant and electric.

🎉 A Celebration of Legacy and Momentum

The evening opened with a red-carpet reception that felt more like the premiere of a modern-day success story than a business gala. Guests mingled under soft champagne lighting, exchanging toasts to two decades of progress while reflecting on the Chamber’s remarkable evolution, from a local networking circle in 2005 to a regional powerhouse with divisions spanning multiple Southeastern states.

Henry L. Ravenel Jr., Founder and CEO of the Southeastern Chamber, reflected on the milestone with words that resonated deeply:

“We didn’t just build a Chamber, we built a movement. A movement that celebrates diversity, innovation, and connection. Tonight is not the end of a journey; it’s the spark for the next twenty years.”

Honoring Emerging Leaders and Industry Trailblazers

The spotlight of the evening shone brightly on this year’s Emerging Leaders, who represent the next generation of changemakers in business, technology, law, hospitality, and civic leadership.

Two distinguished law firms were honored for their excellence and commitment to community: Wigger Law Firm and Peper Law Firm.

The ceremony also celebrated industry icons, Chamber pioneers, and outstanding members who have advanced the Chamber’s mission of empowering businesses to grow boldly and think regionally.

Beyond the awards, the gala was a full-scale experience, blending art, networking, and entertainment. Guests enjoyed live music, exquisite culinary presentations, and interactive moments that captured the essence of the Chamber’s innovative spirit.
