Southeastern Chamber Leadership Retreat Notice

January 3–7, 2026 | Charleston, South Carolina

From January 3–7, 2026, the leadership, board, and executive team of the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce will be engaged in a multi-day Strategic Leadership Retreat in Charleston, South Carolina.

During this time, our organization will be operating in deep-work mode, participating in focused workshops, executive planning sessions, and high-level strategy conversations as we finalize our 2026 vision, priorities, and execution plan across all Chamber divisions.

This retreat is intentionally designed to:

• Align leadership across markets and regions

• Finalize strategic initiatives and operational goals for 2026

• Strengthen internal systems, partnerships, and member value

• Prepare the Chamber for its next phase of growth and impact

While regular programming may be limited during these dates, this investment of time ensures that we return fully prepared to serve our members, partners, and communities with clarity, intention, and momentum in the year ahead.
