PART 1: AI, Tech & the Future of Work   

Focus of the Day: Leading in a Digital World  

In this session, participants explore how artificial intelligence, automation, and evolving digital tools are transforming how we lead and work. Through guided demos, ethical debates, and innovation case studies, participants will examine the role of tech in decision-making, diversity, and leadership evolution.

PART 2: The Action Lab: Capstone Strategy, Presentation Prep & Graduation Rehearsal

Focus of the Day: Solve It, Pitch It, Lead It

Small teams will develop real-world proposals to solve regional challenges or build new public-private solutions. The focus will be on cross-sector innovation — blending business, government, and nonprofit strategies. The day includes consulting sessions with civic leaders and pitch training. These projects become the core of the graduation presentation and will be judged by a panel of regional leaders. Participants will also review their graduation-day format and be assigned an Exit Examination Pay-It-Forward Project which must be completed in order to graduate.
