BEEP Board Excellence Academy (BEA)
Purpose: Empower African-American entrepreneurs and professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to serve effectively on corporate, nonprofit, and public sector boards. This adds a leadership dimension to the cohort, making it more attractive to participants and reinforcing the Chamber's commitment to leadership development.
