Chairman, Millennials at the Top

Micheal joined the Southeastern Chamber in 2016 as Chair of Millennials At The Top (M.A.T.T.). His passion for millennial entrepreneurship evolved after attending one of the Chamber's Entrepreneur Week Conferences's in 2016. Micheal was no stranger to leadership. During his time studying Mechanical Engineering at the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida, he founded a company to commercialize an additive manufacturing technology from NASA.

He was a finalist in the New Space Business Plan Competition where he pitched his business idea at Stanford University to hundreds of investors.

In 2014, he graduated the Top of his class with double honors and an undergraduate thesis in Financial Market Analysis & Algorithmic Trading. Upon graduation, he built and programmed his own UAV quad-copter and soon thereafter joined a Start- up company building UAVs designed to delivery aid in developing countries.

Michael currently holds an additional position as a robotics engineer and project lead for Boeing in Charleston, SC where he builds cutting edge robotic systems designed to change the future of automated manufacturing technologies. His duties as Millennials at the Top Council Chair include managing the day-to-day event development and project coordination of the Council, overseeing meetings, millennial based conferences and a countless amount of quarterly activities on a regional level.
